Dine about town-silks at the Mandarin Oriental

The setting:



Amuse-bouche: some kind of gelee with liver pate on top

Main course: crispy onaga with beans and panchetta. Sooooo good!




Dessert: yuzu creme brûlée with berries, one of the most delicious creme brûlées ever
