This farmers market is a must-go-and-eat for any food lover!

Korean tacos from Namu. Delish!

Cheese burger from 4505 meats is crave-worthy (I may be getting the name wrong)

I scream sorbet tastes so pure and natural. Best sorbet ever. I really loved the pistachio.

Georgetown cupcakes. Good but Sibby's is better!

Austin non-eats

Austin amber beer was only so-so

Exhibit from the Pecan Street Fair. Art from junk? Junk from junk?

Pics from a store called Mercury on 2nd st. Fun weird stuff with lots of taxidermed animals for decor.

Yogurt shop with goodwill junk/art on the walls and countertops.

Austin Eats

We're in Austin for our 1 year anniversary. Some of the things I ate:

Brunch buffet at the moonshine patio. My favs were the cheddar grits and the fried chicken tenders. I really like grits now!

Chocolate jalapeno bacon ice cream at amy's ice cream. Good but not quite humphreys in sf.

BBQ at the Salt Lick. Best BBQ I've ever had. My favorite was the marbled beef brisket. The cook everything on this giant indoor open flame. So yummy!

Pizza at Home Slice on SoCo (south Congress). Really good New York style pizza. We had a quarter spinach white, quarter clam, and half margarehita pizza. Clam pizza was my fav. Kinda like clam linguine but on pizza.

Carrot cake French toast and crab cakes egg Benedict with chipotle hollandaise sauce at South Congress Cafe. The best Benedicts I've had. Eggs and crab cakes were just perfect!
Foodies need to go to Austin :D

House of prime rib! Hands down the best prime rib I've ever had!

Alfreds steakhouse onion strings: eh, not worth going

Murraci's Japanese grill Katsu curry: coco ichiban curryhouse in Hawaii and japan is way better

Tacolicious tuna tostada: very yummy, the rest of the Mexican food was unimpressive

Warm egg salad sandwich at il cane rosso: a good idea to make at home

Tuna burger at taylors automatic: boring

Albondigas soup at mijita: why was this even on the list? So not great

Miette Ginger snaps: trader Joes Ginger snaps are better

Beer sausage at rosamunde's: go with the truffle chicken sausage cuz it's 100 times better

Saving the best for last: carnitas taco from la taqueria: is soo good but must order it with hot salsa
